As with all our rental sites, the rental rate includes the RV site, the pedestal with water/sewer, electric, cable and internet hookups, and access to all the resort amenities. Please note: East side and West side are 2 separate owners associations and do not share amenities - East side amenities are for East side owners & guests / West side amenities are for West side owners & guests.
